In holiday homes, payment is possible by checks, transfers or cash, but we do not accept bank cards. The price indicated is generally per week (from Saturday 4:00 p.m. to Saturday 10:00 a.m. or from Sunday 4:00 p.m. to Sunday 10:00 a.m. for “Côté Océan” and “La Cabane” in July and August). For the “La Cabane” house, heating is included in the rental price.
Possibility of cleaning package, supply of sheets and towels at an additional cost (price depending on the house).
You can contact me by email or by telephone to confirm the availability of a house or for any other information. To confirm your reservation, a rental contract in duplicate is sent by post. A copy of the contract must be returned signed, accompanied by a 25% deposit. The balance of the rental amount must be paid upon arrival. A deposit check of 50% of the price of the week + a deposit check for cleaning (different depending on the house) will be requested on arrival and will be returned to you on the day of your departure or within the following 7 days depending on the condition of the house.
